 Medrano serves as a local city advocate in the Brownsville episode. Together, they discuss the Latino culture influences and heritage, including a tortilla making session with Medrano’s abuela, la reina de tortillas. The episode features an original song, “Aguas Frescas”, written by Brownsville resident Moises Mata, performed by Medrano.
