Laredo native and on-air personality, Sammy “The House” Ramirez, is featured in the first episode as the city ambassador for Laredo. “Laredo sometimes gets a bad rap in media with too many negative headlines. The truth is there is more to Laredo, and I had the opportunity to share our story in the first episode. We have amazing and talented people, and their stories are so beautiful. I love that this series tells our truth about how wonderful the city of Laredo is and the great things we have to offer,” Ramirez stated. “By highlighting our culture, we are opening the eyes to anyone with regardless of their background to our world and letting them in.
