Mando Rayo is a Texas-based storyteller, director, and producer whose work celebrates culture, community, and comida. With roots in journalism and multicultural marketing, he’s built a career amplifying underrepresented voices through film, podcasts, and branded content.
As co-founder of Identity Productions and host of Tacos of Texas, Mando brings authenticity and humor to every project, connecting audiences to stories that matter — from neighborhood taqueros to national campaigns. His work has been featured by PBS, NPR, and The New York Times, showcasing his belief that every story starts with people and a good taco.
Louise Min
Story Producer / Director
Louise Min is a Belgian-born storyteller based in Austin, Texas, since 2019. Her curiosity about people led her from local journalism to documentary filmmaking and photography, taking her across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Congo before settling in the United States.
As a director and story producer, Louise’s work explores themes of identity, social justice, and shared humanity. Her recent projects include ‘The Bad Guy’, a feature documentary on gun violence in schools, and an upcoming film examining the experiences of African migrants working in the Texas prison system.
Her films have screened at festivals worldwide and are available on streaming platforms such as Amazon, Google Play, and Apple TV.

Dennis Burnett is a photographer, director, and co-founder of Identity Productions based in Austin, Texas. Known for his cinematic approach and authentic visual storytelling, Dennis has built a career capturing the intersections of culture, craft, and community.
His work spans national campaigns and independent projects, blending stills and motion for clients like Camarena Tequila, Visit Austin, and Aramark. Whether directing large-scale productions or intimate portraits, Dennis brings a clear vision, collaborative energy, and a deep respect for the story behind every frame.
